4. 新供应商的评估和现有供应商的跟踪评审

Evaluate new suppliers and trace audit existing suppliers

5. 统计分析供应商供货质量水平

Statistically analyze suppliers’ quality level.

6. 监督并执行供应商现场质量管理系统和针对关键零件质量控制程序

Monitor and help suppliers to implement the quality management system and necessary quality control procedure for some critical parts at site.

7. 需装机测试的采购样件的质量跟踪

Tracing the quality status of purchasing sample parts which need filed test.

8. 出口零件的质量保证，与集团公司的质量沟通

Guarantee the quality of export parts; keep communication with parent company about quality issues.

9. 供应商不合格品报告的处理，督促供应商查找根本原因及提出改善方案

Handling NCRs of purchasing parts, pushing supplier to find root causes and initiate corrective actions.

10. 配合战略采购和日常采购在采购过程中出现的质量方面的需求

Work with SPE and OPE during purchasing operation regarding quality issues. 

1. 机械相关专业，大专以上学历 

Bachelor degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering related field

2. 从事供应商质量控制或相关工作3年以上

3+ years working experience in supplier quality control or related field

3. 良好的人际沟通和协调能力 

Good interpersonal and communication skill

4. 良好的英语会话和书写 

Good English skills in both oral & written

5. 计算机操作 

Good at office software
