日常采购工程师 Operation Purchasing Engineer
职位描述 Job Descriptions:
1. 根据主生产计划管理及优化采购计划
Manage MRP Results and optimize purchasing plan (order) to production plan.
2. 根据主生产计划提高物料齐套率
Increase parts availability according to production plan.
3. 跟踪缺件直至上产线
Missing parts follow up until line feed.
4. 每日根据采购建议下订单
Release purchase order according to purchase order suggestion on daily basis.
5. 在确认物料满足生产的情况下尽量控制物料库存
Ensure inventory at good level while high parts availability.
6. 根据需要调整下单策略
Adjust order policy according to requirements.
7. 对有需要的零件进行MRP参数设置
Item parameterization if required.
8. 和战略采购部门一起提高供应商准时交货率
Work with sourcing team to improve supplier on time delivery.
9. 领导交代的其他工作事宜
Other tasks assigned by leader.
任职要求 Qualifications Required:
1. 本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2. 良好的英语会话和书写
Fluent English spoken and written skills
3. 两年相关工作经验
2 years working experience in related position
4. 熟悉ERP系统，优先考虑熟悉SAP系统MM模块
ERP system knowledge, Understand MM module in SAP is preferred
