职位描述 Job Descriptions:
1. 与总部及中国工厂紧密合作,收集整理生命周期内的产品信息,提炼产品卖点,并制定相关销售工具,如产品目录,产品视频,销售PPT及设备资料库用于市场及销售推广。
Work closely with corporate and local team to collect and sort out product information within life cycle, refine the selling points and develop relevant sales tools, such as product catalog, product video, sales deck and document pool for sales and marketing promotion.
2. 负责市场情报收集,包括行业动态及竞争对手分析,定期输出市场分析及竞争对手分析报告。把控市场动态和客户需求,提出优化产品策略的建议。
Responsible for the market intelligence collection, including industry dynamics and competitor analysis, with a regularly output of the related reports. Provide with the suggestions for product strategy.
3. 了解并收集主要客户的项目执行情况及销售和客户的反馈,协同制作客户案例及客户调研。
Deep dive into the implemented projects on the feedbacks from the sales team and customers. Support on the customer testimonial and customer survey.
4. 对销售数据进行追踪分析,为制定市场方案及其他相关部门提供数据支持;
Track and analyze sales data and provide data support for the development of “Go To Market” plan and other related team.
5. 涉及到设备方面的内容进行内容支持及最终审核 – 包括线上如公司网站,微信,新闻投放等; 线下市场物料包括但不限于目录册,易拉宝,展会物料等。
Content validation for the external communication materials regarding product information, including website, social media, press releases, brochures, exhibits materials, roll-ups etc.
任职资格 Qualifications Required:
1. 本科及以上学历,工程机械或商科类专业优先
Bachelor's degree and above in engineering, business
2. 3年以上产品市场方面工作经验。包括产品开发,行业及竞争对手调研的经验。
3+ years’ relevant experience in product marketing, such as product development or market survey
3. 大型机械 、木工机械或设备行业背景优先。
Wood machinery/ heavy machinery industry background
4. 良好的沟通能力,逻辑思维及理解力,及团队合作能力。
Good communication skill, logical thinking, and comprehensive ability; Meticulous and team player
5. 较强的书面和口头表达能力。良好的英语听说及书写能力。
Strong verbal, written and presentation skill. Fluent English, both written and spoke
6. 可以接受一定程度的出差。
