生产计划 Production Planner
职位描述Job Descriptions:
1. 跟踪机器订单进度
Follow up the machine order from order entry to ship out.
2. 装配计划的制定和执行，考虑装配的工作量和零件的可用性，根据实际情况及时更新生产制造进度表
Assembly plan setup and execution follow up with considering assembly workload and parts availability. Parts manufacturing schedule update according to reality and coordinate with different functions.
3. 通过产品知识和统计检验BAF的准确性
Check BAF accuracy through product knowhow and statistics.
4. 监控零件拣选进度，推动和协调仓库的拣选进度
Monitor parts picking progress, push and coordinate with warehouse for picking schedule.
5. 大型零件跟踪，包括外协采购零件和自产零件，看板及时更新
Bulky parts follow up including machining parts and parts from suppliers, Kanban update on time.
6. 与采购、装配、加工、检验、进货物流等部门合作进行零件跟踪
Work with OPE, Sourcing, Assembly, Machining, Inspection, Inbound logistics in parts following up.
7. 通知FQC机器验收，关闭机器状态98%至100%
Inform FQC for machine acceptance, close machine status from 98% to 100%.
8. 与订单中心部门协调发货事宜
Coordinate with COM for shipment arrangement.
9. 协调包装供应商进行机械发货前的包装
Coordinate with packaging supplier for packing.
10. 人员异动和加班管理
Exception management (line change management, overtime...)
任职资格Qualifications Required:
1. 本科及以上学历，机电或物流相关专业
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering and logistics management
2. 良好的英语书写和沟通
English both in written and spoken
3. 至少5年的生产计划相关工作经验
At least 5 years on planning experience
4. 优先考虑多品种小批量行业工作背景
High mix low volume industry is a plus
5. 优先考虑有ERP和SAP生产计划工作经验
ERP experience, SAP PP is perfect
